weight certification for wrestlers on Dec. 1
Meets Minnesota State High School League requirements
At 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care will offer free weight certifications for high school wrestlers at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, 5200 Fairview Blvd., Wyoming. This certification meets the needs of wrestlers who still need weight certification prior to their first competitive event, as required by the Minnesota State High School League.
An athletic trainer and sports medicine physician will administer the tests. Wrestlers who missed the weight certification sessions at their high schools are encouraged to attend. The event will begin at 4 p.m. Please arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. The certifications will be done a first-come, first-served basis.. No appointment is necessary.
