Women’s Health Evening Clinic
Convenient evening women’s clinics at Fairview Lakes clinics, 5:30–8 p.m., four times/month. Regular fees apply. Financial assistance available to qualifying women. Adults with Disabilities Support Group
Group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at Chisago County Senior Center, North Branch. Call Betty Stoffel, 651-674-2436.
Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II
For individuals with recent heart-related diagnoses. Continuous ECG, heart rate and blood pressure monitoring during exercise sessions while supervised by an exercise physiologist or registered nurse. Lifestyle modification education for coronary artery disease risk reduction is also provided. Physician referral/insurance provider approval required. For more information call 651-982-7842.
Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III
For people with stable coronary artery disease, or those at risk for developing it, who require or desire a supervised exercise program. Exercise sessions offer aerobic activity, stretching, strengthening, relaxation and education in a group setting. Exercise physiologists and registered nurses work with clients to provide intermittent ECG and blood pressure monitoring, reinforce healthy habits, and resources and support for ongiong recovery. COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) Support Group
For people with COPD and their families. Meets 3rd Thursday of each month, 1--3 p.m., January -October, at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Conference Room B. Call 651-982-7945, for details.
Diabetes Support Group

Loss of a Spouse Support Group

Lyme Disease Support Group

Getting to Sleep: Good Habits for the Bedroom
